Barnewood Terms and Conditions:

All dogs must be up to date with flea and worming treatment and been immunised with all vaccinations required by Barnewood Boarding Kennels inluding kennel cough. The kennel cough vaccine MUST be given AT LEAST TEN DAYS PRIOR TO BOARDING. If your dog is vaccinated within the ten day window unfortunately they will not be able to enter kennels and will need to go home. Proof of vaccination must be presented either before or at time of admission.

 

Bed, blankets, toys and leads and all other personal possessions are left at the risk of the owner and whilst every care is taken, no responsibility can be accepted by Barnewood for the return of these items.

 

Whilst Barnewood always strives to give the utmost individual care and attention to all the dogs in the kennels, Barnewood is not responsible for any potential veterinary fees needed during the dog/s stay. If your dog is unwell and must be isolated or taken to a vet, consent is given to take them off the premises and to an additional tag being placed on the dogs' collar with the details of Barnewood Boarding Kennels for the duration of time that they are not on the premises.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

Barnewood hold the following information about each client:- Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Emergency Contact Phone Number (friend or family), dog/s details. These details are held on a computer system which is backed up onto an online database each night. Barnewood does not sell or share any information with any third parties. Payment details are not stored or accessible to Barnewood after a transaction has been completed.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

50% deposits are made on all bookings and final payment is due before the removal of each dog by its owner or agent from Barnewood premises. These deposits are non exchangeable, non refundable and no credit will be given if the booking needs to be cancelled or rearranged under any circumstances.

 

Whilst Barnewood remained flexible during the Covid-19 Lockdown regarding its cancellation policy, any bookings made after 1st June 2020 revert back to Barnewood's normal cancellation policy (see above). Please only book a space if you are happy with the policy outlined above.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

We do not offer refunds once your dog has been removed from our premises without prior consent from the management.

 

All owners agree, by leaving their dog/s at Barnewood, to the terms and conditions outlined above and gives warranty that the dog is in a fit and sound condition.
